"The Council" ..... "at it" yet again

I'm given to understand that somebody at the Bradford Road Medical Centre has contacted "The Council" over the matter of their staff parking in Westbourne Gardens.

They were apparently "told by The Council" that it was "OK to park in Westbourne Gardens" we'd like to know who told them this? - and we've asked the question.

Got a qualified answer - Practice official advice to employees is not to park in Westbourne Gardens. The hunt for the idiot on the council continues....
